RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Need to exchange?
No problem! Just contact us during business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Saturday. You can also use our contact form at anytime. Once we hear from you we will send you a prepaid shipping label (one time only) to return the items and we will pay to send out replacements (one time only). If a second exchange is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the product and have a replacement shipped out at their own expense.
Need a quick exchange?
No problem! We offer an express exchange. Just create a new order for the items you need and send back the ones you wish to exchange and once we receive them we will refund you for the items returned. We will pay shipping both ways just let us know when you contact us for your exchange authorization.
Need a credit towards a future purchase?
No Problem! Just contact us and we will send you a prepaid label to return your items and we will send you a credit and a free shipping credit to use on your next order.
Can I get a refund?
No Problem! We will gladly refund you within 30 days the price you paid for your purchase. Please send back and once we verify that the item(s) have not been washed or worn we will refund the price you paid minus any discounts or free shipping charges that you received from the refund amount. Sale or discounted items can only be returned for an exchange.
